The restaurants normally operate with customers ordering at the counter and sitting at booths or bar stools.

For one night each February, select locations dim the lights, light candles and assign servers to provide table service. The regular menu remains available, meaning couples can share everything from the signature All-Star Special to pecan waffles in a more intimate setting.
